That base stops the fragrance from floating away as a simple citrus aromatic. It gives the scent a little texture and seriousness, but not so much that it loses its casual charm. The overall shape stays easygoing.

In wear, this usually reads best as a daytime fragrance. Spring and summer are the obvious seasons, and casual settings suit it most naturally. Office wear, weekends, daytime errands, or a relaxed outdoor setting all make sense here. It can feel too understated if you want something dramatic or dressed up for evening. If you enjoy vintage fougere structure, herbal freshness and a touch of mossy depth, it still has real appeal.
