When you create an account, sign in, submit content, or contact support, we may receive information such as your username, email address, profile details, and the content you choose to submit.

When you use the service, we may also process operational information such as session identifiers, basic device or browser information, IP address, activity needed for abuse prevention, and feature usage tied to your account or your session.

Google sign-in

If you use Google sign-in, we receive identity information from Google to authenticate your account.

When you choose to sign in with Google, Fragranxe may receive information associated with your Google account such as your Google user ID, email address, basic profile name, and profile image. We use that information to sign you in, create or link your Fragranxe account, and maintain a secure session.

Fragranxe does not ask Google for unrelated data just to let you browse fragrance pages. The sign-in flow is used for authentication and account linking.

If you want to stop using Google sign-in, contact support and include the email address tied to your account.

Cookies and similar technology

Fragranxe uses cookies and local storage to keep the experience working.

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies to maintain sign-in state, remember basic preferences, apply security protections, and support site functionality.

When analytics are enabled, Fragranxe uses PostHog to understand page visits, feature interactions, and session-level usability. Session replay masks all form input values by default. Signed-in analytics are linked using an internal Fragranxe account identifier rather than using your email address as the analytics identity.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information as part of the core Fragranxe experience.

We may share limited information with service providers or infrastructure partners when needed to host, secure, or operate the platform. We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, protect rights, or investigate abuse and platform integrity issues.

• Payment or subscription providers when you choose a paid supporter plan.
