Parliament Intense shares the dark rum, warm spice, and iris architecture of Bvlgari Man in Black at a fraction of the cost. The opening feels somewhat rougher and more synthetic than Bvlgari. However, the mid-development offers a remarkably similar spicy, powdery leather texture in the air.
