MCM Success is a vintage masculine honey chypre with tobacco, patchouli, moss, leather, and warm amber underneath. It suits wearers who enjoy old-school power scents, especially if honey, tobacco, patchouli, and moss are part of. Show less

Cassandra opens with a sharp burst of cold aldehydes and zesty lemon, creating a crisp and bracing initial impression. This chilly brightness quickly softens as the fragrance settles onto the skin, allowing a rich heart of powdery rose, dirty patchouli, and warm honey to surface. The evolution is slow and dramatic, shifting from a clean, soapy sparkle into a deep, resinous hum of benzoin, civet, and oakmoss. It suits collectors who appreciate the bold, animalic structures of early twentieth-century perfumery. This is best worn during crisp autumn evenings when the chilly air can cut through the dense balsamic base. For modern noses, it is a demanding wear that deserves a sample before committing to a full bottle. Show less
