Hausser Symphonie de Tabriz opens with a brisk pour of dark rum, crisp sliced red apples, and aromatic herbal lavender. As the initial boozy punch settles on warm skin, a dusting of sweet cinnamon and cooling eucalyptus balances soft cashmere wood. The deep dry-down turns into a cozy blend of golden honey, pipe tobacco, creamy tonka bean, and smooth woody oud. It smells like sipping spiced cider in an old cedar-paneled library on a chilly autumn evening. The fragrance delivers rich warmth with a sharp herbal kick that keeps it lively rather than heavy.
