Black Rabbit Banshee Ambré opens with a sharp burst of spicy clove and dense wood smoke. As the intense top layer calms down after twenty minutes, a rich heart of sticky benzoin resin, dry cedar wood, and medicinal myrrh takes over on skin. The dry down settles into a dark amber base softened by sweet vanilla, earthy patchouli, and animalic labdanum. It feels warm, slightly burnt, and heavy enough for crisp November nights. Wearers who want a cozy winter gourmand will find this too dark, but fans of smoky resinous fragrances will appreciate its atmospheric weight.
