Sophia Grojsman and Nicholas Calderone built Volupté around a saturated bouquet of mimosa, narcissus, and ripe melon. Launched in 1992, this floral green perfume opens with sharp watermelon, mandarin, and fresh cyclamen before unfolding into a dense heart of powdery heliotrope, spicy carnation, and buttery ylang-ylang. The dry-down grounds the bright yellow florals with creamy sandalwood, subtle incense, and warm patchouli. It projects strongly in crisp spring air and cool autumn evenings. Enthusiasts of opulent 1990s yellow florals will appreciate its heavy, powdery presence on skin.
