Blaspheme by Olfacto opens with a cold, biting crack of fresh ginger that instantly wakes up the nostrils. It does not stay bright for long, quickly pulling you into a damp, bitter fog of wormwood. This herbal greenness feels slightly medicinal and dark, resting on a thick base of smoky incense. We find it wears best during freezing winter nights, clinging to heavy wool coats and dark leather jackets. It is a highly specialized scent, far from a crowd-pleaser, making it an excellent candidate for sampling before committing to a full bottle. Show less
