Durra opens with a sharp burst of salty sea notes, cold aldehydes, and clary sage before diving into a dark heart of agarwood and smoky incense. The dry-down settles into heavy castoreum leather, amber, and bitter cumin on skin. It suits cold winter evenings, black-tie dinners, or outdoor gatherings where a dense, maritime oriental projection cuts cleanly through crisp air. Show less

Baz Cuir by The Spirit of Dubai opens with a sharp burst of cypress, yuzu, and cinnamon before deepening into a dark heart of myrrh, labdanum, and incense. Base notes of leather, patchouli, and sandalwood give the scent a heavy, resinous structure that clings to skin for hours. This fragrance sits comfortably in cold weather, cut out for crisp autumn evenings and deep winter nights when heavy coats need a bold, aromatic backbone. The initial citrus fades fast, leaving behind a dry wood and leather profile that projects steadily without relying on synthetic sweetness. Show less

Balenciaga Pour Homme opens with an assertive herbal thrust, dominated by sharp cardamom, coriander, and dry thyme. As it warms on the skin, a rich, dark patchouli emerges alongside cypress to steer the scent into deep, woody territory. What distinguishes this 1990 release from its powerhouse contemporaries is the unctuous honey note in the base, which wraps around mossy elements to create a sweet, slightly animalic contrast. It suits mature enthusiasts who appreciate bold, classical perfumery. Because of its density, it functions best during freezing winter nights and formal autumn gatherings. This is a complex scent that demands sampling before attempting to track down a full vintage bottle on the secondary market. Show less

Elicriso reads as a dry, aromatic woody scent built around immortelle, lavender, incense and cedar. It opens herbal and slightly smoky, then settles into a warm ambered core with pepper, cumin, patchouli and soft musk underneath. This looks best for someone who enjoys textured, resinous fragrances rather than bright freshness or dessert sweetness. The style is unisex, distinctive, and likely most comfortable. Show less
