Carnaval opens with a bitter orange and mandarin sparkle, then quickly settles into orange blossom with a warm kick of ginger. The dry-down looks more resinous than airy, with cardamom, benzoin and incense giving it an ambered, slightly smoky finish. This reads like a floral for someone who still wants texture and warmth. If you enjoy orange blossom but prefer it less. Show less
