Avon Black Suede opens with a sharp burst of soapy aldehydes, spicy nutmeg, and crisp carnation. Within fifteen minutes, the initial brightness settles into a darker heart of warm clove, aromatic lavender, and herbal thyme. The dry down hugs the skin with powdery amber, mossy oakmoss, and soft suede musk. It sits warm and quiet without overpowering a room. The scent profile leans heavily into traditional 1980s barbershop aesthetics, combining dry woods with resinous opoponax. Crisp autumnal air causes the spicy carnation and musk to pop, making it a reliable pick for cold afternoons. Show less

Royale Flair opens as a warm spicy, floral oud with saffron, nutmeg and mandarin up top, then turns more powdery and violet-led as it settles. Early wearer impressions suggest a leathery, cumin-tinted edge, so this reads less like a soft crowd-pleaser and more like a bold, modern oriental for people who enjoy texture and bite. Show less
