Lise Watier launched Neiges in 1993, created by perfumer Carlos Benaïm. It opens with a sharp burst of lily-of-the-valley, green hyacinth, jasmine, and fresh rose. The opening feels icy and cool, like stepping out into sub-zero morning air. As the top notes settle, magnolia and orange blossom bring a soft soapy texture before the fragrance resolves into a clean base of sandalwood and powdery white musk. Neiges projects strongly during its initial hour, filling personal space with crisp white florals. It suits cold winter days, chilly spring mornings, and professional office settings where a fresh soap-and-powder profile feels tidy. On skin, the clean musk lingers for six to eight hours, retaining its cool floral character throughout the dry down.
