nBitor Erauso hits the skin with a blast of tarry cade oil and ripe fig, setting an intense woody tone right out of the bottle. Created by perfumer Miguel Matos, this 2024 release quickly pushes past its fruity top notes into a sharp heart of rose oxide, jasmine, and rose. It feels dark, dry, and distinctly smoky from the start. As it settles, base notes of incense, patchouli, and Chinese cedar dominate the dry-down, rounded out by honey and rich ambergris. This is a heavy fragrance built for cold November evenings, fitting best with a heavy leather coat or dark outdoor layers where its projection can stretch. Show less
