Brocard Cardinal starts with a burst of tart green apple, bitter bergamot, and watery melon backed by a cool ozonic breeze. Within minutes, the fruity crispness yields to an aromatic heart packed with pungent star anise, bitter wormwood, and clean French lavender. Spicy accents of cardamom and cinnamon weave through crushed basil leaves, giving the mid phase a dry, barbershop bite. As the fragrance settles onto skin, it reveals a grounded base of dry cedarwood, earthy oakmoss, clean white musk, and a subtle trace of cured pipe tobacco. It feels crisp, masculine, and grounded. Wear it during crisp spring mornings or temperate autumn afternoons with a collared shirt or casual knitwear. Show less
