Luce opens with a prickly bite of black pepper and dark star anise that settles over bright bergamot and warm nutmeg. The heart shifts into lush yellow floral warmth where ylang ylang meets honeyed Bulgarian rose and sharp neroli. Base notes of tonka bean, amber, and dark patchouli create a dense, cozy weight alongside smooth vanilla and clean musk. It wears best during crisp autumn afternoons when the air drops between 15 and 19 degrees Celsius. In hot summer weather, the sweet orange blossom and heavy vanilla can feel dense on skin, but cooler air allows the dry spice and woody amber to stretch out clean. Show less
