Raphael in Kathmandu by THEN THERE opens with an immediate burst of salty marine notes, ripe strawberry, and tart apple balanced by spicy saffron. That bright fruitiness quickly yields to a dry heart dominated by textured leather, bitter rhubarb, and quiet floral notes. As the scent settles on skin over several hours, smoky vetiver, cedarwood, and warm amber establish a grounded, woody foundation. Created by perfumer Angela Ciampagna, this 2024 unisex fragrance feels best suited for crisp spring days and cool autumn evenings when you want a distinctive leather fragrance that avoids heavy vanilla or thick resins. Tete a tete by Mémoires D'amour opens with a dense spray of tropical fruits. Pineapple, banana, plum, and pear strike the nose immediately, backed by dark cassia and sweet coconut. As the bright initial burst softens, green mint and lavender cut through the sweetness, anchored by powdery orris root. The base shifts into dry cedar, sandalwood, and warm amber. Created by perfumer Philippe Paparella-Paris, this composition balances lush fruitiness against structured wood and aromatic greens. It feels best suited for crisp autumn afternoons and cool spring days when you want a rich fruit fragrance that avoids smelling like candy. Show less

Instead, it pairs sharp rhubarb and plum against a cedar and saffron backdrop, creating a cool-weather unisex option that sits comfortably on skin without overwhelming it. Show less
