Dolce Damask by Art Deco Perfumes opens with a lively flash of bergamot paired with almond-tinted heliotrope before settling into a rich floral heart of rose, sweet pea, lavender, and jasmine. Formulated by Russian perfumer Elina Arsenieva in 2018, this Chypre Floral builds a dense vintage profile on skin. Spice notes of nutmeg and clary sage ripple through the middle, paving the way for a rich base dominated by cinnamon, cloves, tolu balsam, benzoin, and castoreum. Ideal for crisp autumn evenings, it offers lovers of retro perfumery a warm, resinous scent cloud that clings to winter coats for hours. Show less

The dry-down looks warmer and more textured, bringing musk, benzoin, tonka, sandalwood and vetiver into play. This is likely to suit someone who enjoys classic floral perfumes with powder, woods and a slightly spiced finish. If you. Show less
