Fancy by Yana opens with an assertive blast of cool eucalyptus and zesty lemon before plunging straight into a deep forest of agarwood, earthy patchouli, and smoky vetiver. Instead of the sugary gourmand profile its playful name might suggest, this scent delivers an intense, medicinal blend of warm star anise and dry cedarwood. The sharp, herbal opening softens gradually as creamy sandalwood, sweet tonka bean, and salty ambergris emerge in the dry-down. It smells like a crisp, cool pine forest layered over an antique polished cedar chest and dark spice cabinets. Built for crisp autumn afternoons and cold winter nights, this is a bold, uncompromising woody fragrance that rewards patient wearers who enjoy unapologetic depth, herbal punch, and robust staying power. Hayati opens as a dark rose with fruity lift, more blackcurrant and raspberry than syrupy jam. Wearer feedback points to a balanced fruit and flower profile, then a woody, musky dry-down that keeps the scent from feeling overly sweet. It suits someone who enjoys a richer Middle Eastern rose style without harsh oud funk. Sample first if you are sensitive to sharp. Show less
