Midnight Amber by Armaf opens with a sharp burst of dry woody notes and a slightly synthetic saffron note, which quickly settles into a rich rose and geranium blend. As the fragrance warms on the skin, a heavy incense smoke emerges, mixed with the tarry, leathery qualities of birch. The drydown is dominated by a persistent accord of agarwood and warm amberwood, giving it a dark, resinous footprint. It is a dense scent best suited for cold winter nights or formal evening wear when you want a strong, noticeable presence. If you enjoy bold, resinous oud profiles, this is a very strong candidate for a full bottle purchase.
