Strings of Errors launched Oud 50 in 2024 as an intensive woody aromatic composition for men and women. The formula centers on a rich combination of Malaysian, Chinese, and Thailand ouds, lifted in the opening by Turkish rose and Taif rose. Opoponax resin, incense, and unlit tobacco leaf form a warm heart that anchors the floral top. As the fragrance settles, base notes of guaiac wood, sandalwood, leather, and Java vetiver oil take over on skin. The result is a dark balsamic scent with amber and animalic depth.
