Patchouli by Les Ecuadors is an earthy, balsamic woody fragrance centered entirely on the rich, herbaceous character of natural patchouli leaf. Created by perfumer Djorda Fato, the scent opens with a quick herbal flash accented by dry black pepper, before settling into a warm, resinous heart of Peru balsam and amber. As it warms on the skin, dark labdanum introduces a chewy, gently sweet resinous undertone that keeps the raw earthiness rounded and smooth rather than medicinal or sharp.
