Legend opens with a crisp burst of neroli and mandarin orange, spiked with herbal coriander. That bright start shifts quickly as buttery orris root and powdery violet take over the middle phase. A plush backdrop of agarwood, creamy sandalwood, and warm amber anchors the floral heart on skin. Christian Provenzano created this 2014 release to balance cool cosmetic powder against dark resinous woods. Earthy patchouli and soft vanilla linger in the dry-down, giving the composition a vintage feel. It suits formal indoor settings during autumn and winter when you want a quiet, dense scent profile. Baz by The Spirit of Dubai hits skin with a massive blast of dark leather, cracked black pepper, and bitter coffee. It settles into a heavy resinous core dominated by smoky incense, myrrh, and sweet plum. As the hours pass, dense agarwood, civet, and raw castoreum emerge to create a dry, animalic base that stays noticeable until the next morning. This is an uncompromising winter fragrance built for frigid evenings and formal dark-tie gatherings. It demands cold air to keep its thick balsam and earthy patchouli under control. One spray on a wool coat lingers for days. Show less
