Serenade opens with a dense rush of dark chocolate, sharp cognac, and a fleeting touch of orange blossom. The liqueur note hits hard before shifting into a thick middle layer of raw honey and Egyptian beeswax absolute. As it warms on skin, heavy Java vetiver oil and Indonesian patchouli pull the sweet gourmand elements down into dry, earthy territory. Virginia cedar wood and tonka bean anchor the base, giving the trailing scent a resinous, slightly smoky quality.
