The Path by TRNP opens with a sharp burst of black spruce, resinous fir needle, and bright elemi resin. The top notes feel damp and pine-heavy, reminiscent of walking through a shaded coniferous forest after heavy rainfall. As the initial greenery settles, dark styrax and smoky labdanum merge with Texas cedar, giving the heart a warm, resinous depth. In the base, Haitian vetiver and sandalwood soften the botanical edges, while agarwood adds a subtle, dry woody backbone.
