Ormonde Jayne Tolu opens with a crisp green snap of juniper berry, clary sage, and bright orange blossom. The top feels surprisingly fresh and aromatic before shifting into a floral heart of rose, orchid, and lily-of-the-valley. As the scent settles, warm tolu balsam and golden amber take over, grounding the blend with dark resinous sweetness and soft tonka bean. Created by perfumer Geza Schoen in 2002, this amber woody composition balances piney resin with dry powdery warmth.
