Blackbird Universal Supreme opens with a bright blast of artificial cherry popsicle and tart strawberry candy, immediately backed by a sharp, mineral pool-water accord. As the initial sweetness simmers on warm skin, powdery iris and heliotrope rise to give the fruit a waxy, nostalgic cosmetic texture. Dry cedar, sun-baked hay, and a light thread of olibanum incense settle in beneath the sweetness during the drydown. The agarwood stays faint and clean rather than barnyard or medicinal.
