Ambre de Cabochard opens with a sharp burst of blueberry, cinnamon, and ginger that quickly softens into a warm resinous glow. Created in 2006 by perfumers Jean Claude Delville and Jean-Pierre Bethouart, this composition pairs sweet dark fruit with a dry spicy backdrop. As the top notes fade, tuberose and cyclamen add a quiet floral texture before settling into an amber base smoothed out by tonka bean and patchouli. The amber accord feels lightweight rather than heavy or sticky. It sits close to the body, making it easy to wear during cool autumn afternoons or casual indoor settings.
