This is not the clean cedar of modern designer scents, but rather a dusty, antique furniture wood. It is joined by copahu balm, which adds a resinous, slightly medicinal texture. Myrrh starts to warm up in the background, adding a touch of dry spice that bridges the gap between the opening booze and the woody base.
