Moon is built around contrast. The opening pairs iris and lavender with lemon, juniper and cardamom, so the first impression looks cleaner and more lifted than the base would suggest. Very quickly, though, it starts to reveal a warmer centre, and that is where the fragrance seems to find its identity.

The middle is where Moon becomes more distinctive. Cocoa, amber and sandalwood bring a soft, warm texture, while cinnamon and artemisia keep the scent from turning too smooth or sweet. On paper, that mix suggests a fragrance that wants to feel polished but still a little shadowy, with the cocoa giving body rather than dessert-like sweetness.

As it dries down, Moon appears to lean more firmly into woods, tobacco, leather and oud. Cedar, patchouli, musk and vetiver reinforce the dry structure, while Iso E Super likely helps keep the scent airy enough to avoid feeling overly dense. That makes the composition look less like a syrupy oriental and more like a spicy woody fragrance with a powdery aromatic frame.

The accord picture supports that impression well. Warm spicy and woody facets lead the profile, followed by aromatic, cacao and powdery tones. Iris and lavender are not just decorative here, they seem to shape the fragrance's texture. Instead of reading as purely dark or smoky, Moon may come across as refined, dry and slightly cosmetic in the opening, then deeper and more resinous as the base takes over.

Wear seems to be one of its stronger points, at least from the limited community voting available. The current votes lean toward long lasting longevity and strong sillage over moderate performance. That suggests Moon is not designed as a quiet skin scent. It may project with more confidence early on, especially in cool air, then settle into a smoother woody trail.

The seasonal pattern also makes sense for the structure. Fall and night stand out most clearly, which fits the spice, woods, tobacco and leather in the base. Spring also has some support, probably because the lavender, iris and citrus elements can keep the opening from feeling too heavy. In hot weather, the warm spicy and cacao facets may feel more assertive, so this looks better suited to mild or cool conditions.

For a buyer, the main question is taste. If you want something bright, sheer and easy, Moon may feel too textured and too dry. If you enjoy fragrances that move from aromatic polish into cocoa-tinted woods and a darker tobacco-leather base, this is the more useful way to think about it. It looks especially interesting for someone who likes unisex compositions that still carry a slightly masculine pull in wear.
