Eclirse by Herr Von Eden is an aromatic citrus perfume built around a classic barbershop backbone with a warm, resinous twist. The scent kicks off with an energetic splash of sharp lemon, bitter petitgrain, and crushed green basil that feels crisp and invigorating. Within twenty minutes, the herbal opening softens into a powdery floral heart of lavender, earthy geranium, and sweet heliotrope. The drydown settles into a comforting base of smooth sandalwood, creamy vanilla, and warm benzoin resin. It smells like stepping out of a traditional grooming parlor straight into a cozy library, offering easy day-to-night versatility for anyone who appreciates clean, old-school herbal complexity. HERR MANN by TARS presents a crisp citrus aromatic profile designed by perfumer Mark Buxton in 2019. It opens with an energetic spray of bergamot, mandarin orange, and bitter neroli that feels bright and invigorating on warm mornings. As the top notes quiet down, green basil, petitgrain, and crushed cardamom bring an earthy herbal structure to the heart. The base rests on dry tea leaves, clean musk, and patchouli, creating a quiet skin scent that feels refined for daily office routines. While the fresh citrus bite softens relatively quickly, the lingering tea accord maintains a cool composure throughout spring and summer afternoons. Show less
