The citrus feels sharp and green, reminiscent of traditional old-school barbershop colognes from the mid-twentieth century. Within twenty minutes, the bright opening recedes, letting a floral heart of Damask rose, carnation, and powdery jasmine take over. The real twist comes during the dry-down. Warm labdanum, earthy patchouli, and raw civet emerge beneath the florals, backed by dark leather and amber. It creates a striking contrast between clean, soapy citrus and funky animalic warmth.
