Tom Ford Velvet Orchid opens with a boozy splash of rum and thick, dripping honey, immediately establishing a dark, sweet character. As it warms on the skin, a heavy floral core of black orchid and jasmin takes over, shifting the initial sweetness into a dense, velvety texture. Sandalwood, vanilla, and a resinous myrrh base anchor the dry-down, wrapping the floral notes in a smooth, suede-like warmth. It feels best suited for cold winter nights or formal evening events when you want a fragrance that projects confidence without screaming. While it carries the DNA of its famous predecessor, it trades aggressive earthy patchouli for a softer, more approachable floral glow. It is a solid buy for lovers of dense, sweet florals, but casual wearers should start with a sample. Show less

Kill Me Softly is a bright citrus aromatic that moves from juicy orange and lemon into a neroli and orange blossom heart, with lavender and rosemary adding a clean, herbal lift. As it dries down, ambergris style warmth and ambrette musk soften the edges, so it can read like a polished cologne, with a white floral glow rather than a sharp citrus. Show less

Crop II February opens with an invigorating splash of bitter orange, tart bergamot, and sweet mandarin that feels like peeling fresh citrus in crisp morning air. Freshly torn basil leaves, spicy ginger, and cool peppermint slice through the fruit, giving it a lively, herbal bite. As the brisk opening settles, subtle touches of rose and jasmine soften the edges before resting on a clean base of dry cedar, vetiver, and white musk. It is a straightforward, refreshing daytime scent that works effortlessly for casual weekends, office wear, and warm spring mornings. Show less
