A bright citrus aromatic built around lime, lemon and mandarin, then sharpened with pepper, elemi and frankincense before settling into dry woods and vetiver. Looking for Something reads crisp, spicy and modern rather than sweet, and its strong projection suggests it may suit buyers who want a fresh scent with more presence than the usual easy summer citrus. Durra Ambre opens with a sharp contrast between crisp aquatic water notes and dense, resinous olibanum. Bright grapefruit, ambrette, and pink pepper fizz off the skin during the first ten minutes before a heavy floral heart takes over. Jasmine sambac, tea rose, and honey mix with smooth caramel and dark leather in the mid phase. The base eventually settles into a thick layer of Ambroxan, cashmeran, patchouli, and golden amber. It feels heavy, complex, and unapologetically bold. This scent performs best in crisp autumn and winter air, where cold temperatures keep its sweet resinous weight from turning cloying during formal evening wear. Show less

The Spirit of Dubai Oud opens with a sharp burst of bitter lime, pungent saffron, and prickly black pepper before dropping straight into dense Indian agarwood. The wood here smells raw and medicinal at first, heavily saturated with dark leather, smoky incense, and dry cypriol oil. As the initial sharpness burns off, sweet pineapple and damask rose soften the bitter edges without turning the composition sugary. Warm amber, bitter almond, and earthy patchouli emerge in the heart to give the woody accord a thick, resinous base. On cold winter evenings or during formal outdoor gatherings, a single spray projects across several feet and clings tenaciously to wool coats and heavy fabrics. It stays dark, spicy, and noticeably animalic throughout its long life on skin. Show less

Baz by The Spirit of Dubai hits skin with a massive blast of dark leather, cracked black pepper, and bitter coffee. It settles into a heavy resinous core dominated by smoky incense, myrrh, and sweet plum. As the hours pass, dense agarwood, civet, and raw castoreum emerge to create a dry, animalic base that stays noticeable until the next morning. This is an uncompromising winter fragrance built for frigid evenings and formal dark-tie gatherings. It demands cold air to keep its thick balsam and earthy patchouli under control. One spray on a wool coat lingers for days. Show less
