Burberry Society launched in 1991 as a lush chypre floral defined by sharp green hyacinth, fleshy tuberose, and peachy osmanthus over a dark mossy base. The opening bursts with crisp bergamot and bitter crushed stems before expanding into a sprawling floral heart of gardenia, ylang-ylang, mimosa, and orange flower. As the bouquet settles, earthy oakmoss, smoky incense, and resinous myrrh pull the composition into dry, shadowed territory with amber and cedar wood grounding the dry-down.
