This creation opens with a splash of fresh watermelon and crisp melon, capturing the spirit of a sunny Italian coast. The initial sweetness quickly settles as bitter orange and grapefruit add a tart, zesty bite. As it sits on the skin, dry cedar and sharp fir needles emerge to ground the watery top notes, while black pepper adds a subtle, warm spice. It feels like lounging near the Mediterranean after a swim, with salt on your skin and pine trees overhead. This works best for warm summer days, casual outdoor lunches, or beachside walks where you want a clean, refreshing vibe that avoids the typical blue aquatic clichés.
