Soir Vert opens with a sharp burst of bitter grapefruit and tart rhubarb stalk before melting into slices of chilled, sweet melon. Perfumer Tsovak Voskanian designed this composition around the sensory contrasts of warm Armenian summer evenings. Crushed leafy green notes cut straight through the initial melon sweetness, keeping the opening crisp rather than sugary. As the heart unfolds, soft floral touches temper the tartness while an airy ozonic quality lifts the fruit profile off the skin. The base settles into mineral ambergris and dry amberwood, giving the watery fruit accord a steady, grounded spine. It performs best during warm spring and humid summer days when high heat brings out the mouthwatering, botanical character of the rhubarb and fruit.
