Mata Hari by DSH Perfumes is a fierce, vintage-styled fruity chypre built on uncompromising botanical contrasts. The scent hits the skin with a tart blast of blood orange, bitter coriander, and sweet candied fruit notes. It does not apologize. Within twenty minutes, the bright citrus flash fades into a thick, sultry bouquet of champaca flower, spicy clove, and warm honey. Dark leather and velvety green oakmoss anchor the base alongside earthy patchouli and smoky myrrh. The profile feels unapologetically dramatic. It wears like a forgotten 1920s extrait poured over warm wool and bare skin. You get dense floral warmth, tangy dried fruit, and a distinct animalic hum that lasts through crisp autumn evenings. Yves Saint Laurent Opium (1977) opens like a warm, crackling hearth on a freezing winter night. The first spray hits with a sharp burst of dried clove buds, fresh black pepper, and dark plum before mellowing into rich cinnamon, spicy red carnation, and creamy sandalwood. As it settles on warm skin, deep frankincense, golden amber, and smooth myrrh take over, leaving a rich, resinous trail that hangs in the air for hours. This is an unapologetic powerhouse from the golden era of spicy amber fragrances. It smells smoky, sweet, and intensely cozy, making it ideal for brisk autumn days, freezing winter nights, and dressed-up evening gatherings where you want a memorable presence. Show less

Opium Collector Edition 2008 by Yves Saint Laurent delivers a bold blast of spiced cloves, dark stewed plum, and sun-warmed resins. Built on the iconic spicy DNA created by Jean Amic and Jean-Louis Sieuzac, this limited release opens with fiery black pepper and sharp mandarin orange before settling into velvety carnation, warm cinnamon, and rich sandalwood. The base rests on thick golden amber, smoky opoponax, and sweet vanilla that clings to wool coats for over twelve hours. It is an unapologetic, evening-ready powerhouse tailored for cold autumn nights, holiday dinner parties, and confident wearers who love deep vintage warmth over modern sugary florals. Show less

Yves Saint Laurent Opium Parfum is a dense, smoky spice blend built around pungent cloves, rich resins, and dry woods. The opening hits immediately with dark plum, sharp coriander, and warm crushed cloves before softening into a velvety heart of red carnation and cinnamon. In the deep dry-down, sweet myrrh, smooth sandalwood, and unburned temple incense form a thick, enveloping scent bubble that clings to skin for over fourteen hours. It is an unapologetic cold weather staple made for freezing winter nights, formal velvet jacket evenings, and quiet fireside wear when you want an intoxicating, classic presence. Show less
