Bal Dorient by Atelier Rebul kicks off with a sharp burst of cinnamon and cloves, softened by anise and pink pepper. As the sharp spices quiet down, the heart opens up with dense cedar, guaiac wood, and dark agarwood alongside a subtle rose thread. The dry-down relies on thick honey, resinous benzoin, and sweet vanilla wrapped around iris and cotton candy. This warm spicy fragrance fits crisp autumn evenings, formal winter gatherings, and night events when you are wearing heavy wool coats. It sits heavy on the skin, projecting a dense woody heat that lingers in cool air without turning overly screechy. Show less

Scherrer 2 opens with a bright burst of sweet pineapple and sharp aldehydes, cutting through the initial dense layers of mandarin orange. As the fragrance settles on skin, a rich heart of honey and tuberose takes over, wrapping the wearer in a velvety warmth that feels distinctly classic. This is not a casual scent, it carries a heavy floral and amber depth that thrives in crisp winter air. For those who appreciate the bold compositions of the late eighties, this bottle offers a sophisticated alternative to modern sugar bombs. It demands a formal setting or a cold night out, making it an excellent candidate for a full bottle purchase if you love rich, honeyed compositions. Show less

B.U. Tease Blue is a bright, sugary fruity gourmand that quickly turns into a jammy mix of berries and stone fruit, sweetened with honey. As it settles, it leans cosy and dessert-like, with vanilla, caramel, chocolate, and almond over a soft musky amber base, with a noticeable patchouli thread that keeps it from feeling purely candy-sweet.
