Ghadan opens with a sugary, warm blast of caramel and almond, balanced by a sharp hint of pink pepper. As it sits on the skin, a dry puff of incense emerges to cut the initial sweetness, preventing it from turning into a simple dessert scent. This fragrance suits cool autumn evenings or cozy winter days when you want a rich, comforting aura that wraps around you like a heavy knit sweater. It leans heavily feminine, offering a sweet yet smoky presence that stands out in chilly weather. For those who enjoy gourmands with a dark, resinous twist, a full bottle is a worthy investment, while others should start with a sample to test the heavy incense note on their skin. Show less

Mediterranean Iris by Voyageur Oud opens with a bright burst of aldehydes, passionfruit, and saffron before settling into a dense floral core. Powdery iris and earthy orris lead the composition, backed by soft violet, peach, and a leather accent. Dark sandalwood, cedar, tonka, and labdanum create a woody amber foundation that clings close to the skin. The scent balances clean, soapy top notes with a warm, resinous dry-down suitable for cool spring mornings or evening wear. While the complex note pyramid promises high drama, the actual wear sits subdued, keeping its iris and earthy vetiver close to the wearer. It fits collectors who prefer quiet, complex floral-leather profiles over loud, room-filling scents. Show less
