Revolution by Lisa Kirk is an avant-garde leather fragrance centered on heavy birch tar, sharp civet, and dry spices. Created with perfumer Patricia Choux, the perfume opens with a harsh blast reminiscent of spent fireworks and smoking gunpowder before settling into a warm, animalic leather base. It sits far outside conventional commercial perfumery, replacing sweet floral or fresh citrus notes with scorched woods, musky skin scents, and bitter resin. Designed for cold weather and daring scent collectors, it projects strongly for the first few hours on skin before lingering as a smoky, spicy skin scent. Show less
